Gloria Moore is an accomplished nonprofit and industry leader with more than two decades of experience in strategic program development, industry engagement and organizational leadership. She previously served for more than a decade as Executive Director of DBIA’s Western Pacific Region, where she led a large, multi-state region through sustained growth in membership and revenue while strengthening engagement with Owners, practitioners and industry partners.
Gloria has held senior leadership roles across the AEC industry and brings deep expertise in strategic leadership, operational excellence and communications-driven engagement. In her role as Field Director-West, she works closely with DBIA’s Western regions to support volunteer leaders, advance consistent delivery of programs and resources and align regional initiatives with DBIA’s national strategy.
