Jeffrey L. Gagné, PE, FDBIA

Jeff Gagné, PE, FDBIA, is a Vice President and Delivery Officer and Design-Build Principal for the HNTB Corporation. His responsibilities include overseeing project delivery in the Southeast Division of HNTB’s organization. Mr. Gagné has been involved with alternate delivery of transportation projects since 1993, including highway, bridge, transit and rail projects in both the private and public sectors throughout the country. He serves on the DBIA Transportation & Aviation Committee and is a Director on the DBIA Certification Board. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and Georgia and is a member of DBIA’s College of Fellows. Mr. Gagné served as a non-commissioned officer and engineer in the U.S. Army during Operation Just Cause in Panama and Operation Desert Shield & Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf War with the 82d Airborne Division. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
