Paul Shea has been in the Engineering and Construction business focusing on water infrastructure for over 45 years and retired as the former President of CDM Constructors. He is a registered PE in five states, a DBIA Certified Design-Build Professional™ and active member of the DBIA. Over the years, Shea has trained many design-builders, worked on teams delivering numerous iconic design build projects and is an active participant in the Design-Build for Water/Wastewater Conference.
