Paul has over fifty years of experience managing major water infrastructure projects throughout the US. He is a registered Professional Engineer, a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and a Fellow of the Design Build Institute of America. His background includes 13 years working in a design firm specializing in water projects. Following his design tenure, he spent 18 years in the low bid, self-performing construction side of water infrastructure. He finished his career with 16 years as the President of CDM Constructors, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDMSmith focused on integrated design build of water infrastructure projects. Upon retirement, he has continued to serve the water collaborative delivery market as a private consultant working with Owners, Designers, Constructors and Collaborative delivery teams providing, mentoring, training, dispute resolution, procurement advice and other advisory roles.
