Randy Landers is Director of Business Development for Speed Fab-Crete in Fort Worth, TX, a 75 year old design-build construction and manufacturing firm. Randy is a Native Texan, married with two grown children and three awesome grandchildren. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1977 with a BSc-Architecture.  His career has spanned all phases of the construction and development process and he has been a proponent of design-build and other forms of “alternative delivery” for decades. He has managed construction projects all over the US and Mexico and specializes in pre-construction project management.  Randy is particularly proud to say that he was in the first class to receive the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) Designated Professional title and is a member of the first class of DBIA Fellows.  He serves on the DBIA Education Committee, has previously served as Co-Chair of the National Conference Planning Committee, the Southwest Region Board of Directors and is an instructor in the DBIA Professional Certification program.  Randy is also a Project Management Professional as certified by PMI, the Project Management Institute. He also has served on the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and was the Chairman of the Chamber’s Small Business Committee. In his spare time he plays golf, reads, and attends grandkid events.
