Rod offers more than four decades of consulting engineering experience focused on collaborative delivery of water/wastewater and infrastructure projects. His expertise includes fixed-price design-build (FPDB), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), and construction management at-risk (CMAR) delivery models. He has served as project manager and project director for treatment plant expansions, pump stations, and pipelines. Rod has also provided owner’s advisor services on infrastructure and water/wastewater facilities. Rod is a member of the College of Fellows of the DBIA. He also received the Distinguished Leadership Award in the Industry Practitioner category from the Design Build Institute of America for 2024.
