At the Virginia Department of Transportation, Shailendra Patel provides technical support for the Public-Private Transportation Act program, which predominately consists of design-build projects. Shailendra has served as an active member of the DBIA Transportation Markets Committee since 2009 and has also served on a number of different subcommittees. Through his involvement with DBIA, he serves as a strong advocate for DBIA’s Best Practices.
