Stacy Shewell, DBIA, PMP

Stacy Shewell is a Senior Director at Turner & Townsend Heery and the firm’s subject matter expert in alternative delivery, specializing in Design-Build delivery. With more than ten years of hands-on experience in construction and capital project development, she has guided a wide range of public agencies, institutions, and private clients through 25 Design-Build projects, including 21 Progressive Design-Build. A trusted advisor, Stacy excels at helping first-time Design-Build users understand the process, build strong teams, and foster the collaborative environment essential for successful outcomes.

Stacy is also a committed industry leader. As a longtime board member and current Treasurer of the DBIA Northwest Region, she has helped shape policy, outreach, and education efforts that expand awareness and adoption of Design-Build throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her dedication to collaborative delivery and her passion for empowering owners continue to influence project delivery practices across the region.
