For more than 30 years, Steve Grauer has been a champion for design-build excellence. As Regional Vice President of Hensel Phelps, he has delivered over $4 billion in design-build projects across multiple sectors. He has served in some of DBIA’s most influential leadership roles, including National Board Chair as well as inaugural Chair of the Progressive Design-Build Advisory Committee. A passionate advocate for formal partnering, Grauer is widely regarded as a leader in collaborative project delivery.
