Tracy joined DBIA with a mission: to get up under the hood of our growing association and assist us in innovating, collaborating and better serving our diverse design-build community. With over 25+ years of experience in non-profit associations in both operational and human resources roles, she is dedicated to providing an exceptional workplace experience for our staff while also serving our volunteers and members. Tracy loves to travel and is working toward her goal of visiting all 50 states…she’s already visited over half of them.
