Sure, she’s the Vice President of Certification and Industry Events but Lexie’s title could just as easily be Vice President of “No-one-who-ever-needs-help-from-DBIA-walks-away-unhappy-ever.” She despises rudeness and emphatically believes Kevin Stirtz’s view that, “Every contact we have with a customer influences whether or not they’ll come back. We have to be great every time or we’ll lose them.”
Lexie has been with DBIA for over 22 years and leads the overall operations and improvement for DBIA the Conferences and Certification program.
