William (Bill) G. Hasbrook, Jr., DBIA, MEMS, TCFM is the Vice President for Kleinfelder, Inc. An industry-recognized advocate of the design-build procurement method for both public and private entities, Mr. Hasbrook has greater than 40 years experience in the workplace, the last 30 of which includes projects for transportation departments, utility and energy providers, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing clients, and the Departments of Defense and State (with a combined portfolio valued in the billions of dollars).

His experience includes all project delivery methods (with particular emphasis on design-build and alternate project delivery means and methods), and all project types from industrial facilities to transportation infrastructure. He was previously honored with a Member of the Year award by the Society of American Military Engineers, and Design-Build Distinguished Leadership and Design-Build Transportation Leadership awards through the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). He has served in numerous local, state, regional, and national capacities within DBIA, including most recently as a Southwest Regional Board member, 2014 Certification Board Chairman, and National Board Chairman.

A 5th generation Texan, Mr. Hasbrook earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, and completed numerous executive courses at Harvard University, the University of Michigan, and the University of Texas. He has lectured widely and has authored/co-authored numerous articles, presentations, and papers. He also gives back on the local, state, and national levels of professional and charitable organizations, including such organizations and positions as National Trustee for Cystic Fibrosis and President of the Lone Star Chapter, United Way Committee Chairs, Battered Women’s Shelter Board Member, Youth Alternatives Board Member, Associated General Contractors Municipal Division Chair, San Antonio A&M Foundation Board, and even serving on the Executive Board of the South Texas Council for the Boy Scouts of America (to name just a few). He is a retired Gulf War-era U.S. Air Force reserve officer, and active member of the Texas State Guard. He is married to the former Jennifer Kay Davis of Conroe, Texas, and has two children – LTJG William Hasbrook, USCG, and Chef Kelsey Hasbrook.
