Jeff Gagné, P.E., DBIA, is a Vice President and Delivery Officer for HNTB in Charlotte, N.C. His responsibilities include overseeing project delivery in the Southeast Division of HNTB’s organization. Mr. Gagné has been involved with alternate delivery of transportation projects since 1993, including highway, bridge, transit and rail projects in both the private and public sectors throughout the country. He currently serves on the DBIA Transportation & Aviation Committee and a Director on the DBIA Certification Board. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and Georgia and is a Designated Design-Build Professional. Mr. Gagné served as a non-commissioned officer and engineer in the U.S. Army during the Persian Gulf War with the 82d Airborne Division. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BSET – Civil Engineering. Currently he resides in Monroe, N.C., with his wife and four children.
