Jon Mindrup is a licensed architect in Texas that has led over 26 successful design build projects in his 25-year career as either the Architecture Project Manager, Integrated Project Leader, or Principal in Charge role in markets ranging from retail, entertainment, civic, aviation, office, and industrial. Jon is DBIA credentialed, and has presented topics at the DBIA National Convention, DBIA Aviation / Transportation Convention and DBIA SW Region Conference. Jon currently sits on the DBIA SW Region Board of Directors, as well as the Texas Society of Architects Conference Futures Committee, and AIA Dallas / TEXO Steering Committee. Jon is passionate about innovation in the design and construction industry and has focused his career on ensuring the full collaboration of design and construction teams during all project phases to deliver a better built product for our clients and communities. As such, Jon founded and led Beck’s Center of Excellence in Mentoring process improvement team and is the first person in Beck’s 112-year history to serve as both Architectural practice Principal and Construction practice Operations Manager, which he currently does in Beck’s Dallas office for the National Aviation Market.

Jolena K. Missildine, PMP, CCM, DBIA
Design-Build Engineering Manager, Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT)
Jolena Missildine is a disabled Navy veteran with over 25 years of experience in procurement management, contract management, and project management ranging from Information Technology to Construction. She serves the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) as the WSDOT I-405/SR167 Program Engineering Manager. She is best known for her work as the WSDOT Design-Build Engineer. Jolena is one of the pioneers that created the successful WSDOT Design-Build Program. She has led 3 Design-Build Peer Exchanges and participates in many others. She currently chairs the DBIA Transportation and Aviation Conference Planning Committee, co-chairs the Transportation and Aviation Committee and is a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Her credentials include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Contract Management, and a bachelor’s degree in information technology with a minor in Behavioral Science. She has been married for 23 years and has two beautiful daughters.

Anna B. Pridmore, Ph.D, PE, DBIA
Sr. Vice President – Strategic Market Development, Structural Technologies
With a career spanning over 20 years of interdisciplinary engineering and construction experience, Anna Pridmore has led over 500 projects assisting owners and engineering consultants in managing existing civil infrastructure assets. Her industry contributions include award-winning first-of-a-kind solutions and methods that shine a light on the need for design-build delivery for repair and rehabilitation projects.
Anna is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Market Development for Structural Technologies, where she helps lead her company’s growth in collaborative project delivery in the public sector. She provides pursuit, project initiation, and executive oversight to design-build projects, driving a culture of Design-Build Done Right® throughout her company.
Anna attended University of California, San Diego where she earned a doctorate in structural engineering, and is a licensed engineer in the state of California. She is the Vice-Chair of DBIA’s Water/Wastewater Committee and past chair of the Pipelines Division of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). She led development of technical standards, ASCE’s new Code of Ethics, and has served as an instructor for teaching both technical content related to civil infrastructure renewal as well as courses on engineering ethics and diversity in engineering and construction.
