Join DBIA-WPR San Diego for an in-person St. Patrick’s Day luncheon. Presentation will share the design team’s perspective on the County of San Diego’s Design-Build–LEED Platinum and Zero Net Energy, 36,000 sf North Coastal Live Well Health Center, completed by Balfour Beatty Construction/HMC Architects. Discussion will include team formation, achieving high performance architecture/engineering and overall project execution. Hear about lessons learned and best practices for architects and engineers integrating with the general contractor to successfully deliver a design-build project.
