How does Design-Build compare statistically with Construction Management and Traditional Design-Bid-Build? More specifically, is Design-Build faster and more cost-effective than Construction Management and Traditional Design-Bid-Build? In this short course we will cover the Best Practices of Design-Build as told by the numbers.

• Dive deep and go behind the numbers to explore unit cost, cost growth and schedule growth;

Here you can make your choices by adding a quantity to a selection or multiple selections and then “Add to Cart.” On the Cart page you can change quantities, remove items or “Proceed to Checkout.” In “Checkout” you add the billing details for your credit card, include additional attendee information in your order notes (as applicable), verify the order total and provide your credit card information through our secure online order form.
