Barry Bannett has spent his entire career advocating for design-build on everything from writing design-build publications and presentations to soliciting politicians to push design-build legislation through. Winner of the 2008 Brunelleschi Lifetime Achievement Award, Bannett taught and lectured nationwide for DBIA for more than a decade.

Greg Gidez has had a diverse career that has allowed him to work with the industry’s best professionals in the design and construction sectors. The 2011 Chairman of DBIA’s Board of Directors, Gidez has worked on design-build projects for nearly 30 years, including two DBIA Projects of the Year (2015, 2017).

William Green helped form the Rocky Mountain Chapter, eventually becoming the chapter’s founding president. A former member of DBIA’s Board of Directors, Green has also been a judge in the National Student Competition since 2008.
