“Design-Build is attracting young professionals, excited about a non-traditional way to deliver projects. DBIA needs to tap into the energy of our YP’s and their peers; they will be the future leaders of our firms and our organization. While DBIA has led market change, we need to remain relevant by continuing to anticipate market needs and lead-rather-than-follow.”
