The first architect to be named both a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and a Designated Design-Build Professional, Quatman has devoted a large part of his career to advancing alternative project delivery through legislative advocacy, public speaking and writing. Quatman was the Chairman of DBIA’s Board of Directors in 2016 as well as co-founding the Mid-America Chapter in 1999.
