Bill Kent is an expert on what it takes to produce a DBIA award-winning project, having worked on three separate DBIA award winners in three different decades. The president of DBIA’s Northwest Region from 2014 to 2016, Kent has been a DBIA instructor since 2008 and has played an integral role in re-working DBIA Certification in recent years.
